ABOUT ME
A 2001 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, I took over an existing massage practice in Chicago in 2007, of which I am the sole-proprietor today. I love participating in positive healing and helping people piece together the mysteries of their aches and pains.

With over 800 hours of massage therapy classroom time, I continually aim to incorporate new skills into my treatments. Modalities I've studied and utilize include: acupressure, aromatherapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, myofascial massage, reflexology, silicon cupping, specific muscle therapy, sport massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy.

I offer customized massage treatments. Through over two decades of experience with hands on therapy, I've learned that each individual has unique therapeutic needs based on muscle memory, current activities as well as internal and external stressors.
