ABOUT ME

A 2001 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, I have over 20 years of primary work experience as a massage therapist and body worker. After honing my skills and exchanging know-how with fellow therapists at a few Chicago area workplaces, I took a leap of faith in 2007 and took over another massage therapist's business in Lakeview. Thanks to a great clientele, I have been fortunate to be in private practice ever since. I love participating in positive healing and helping people piece together the mysteries of their aches and pains.
With over 800 hours of massage therapy classroom time, I continually aim to incorporate new skills into my treatments. Modalities I've studied and utilize include: acupressure, aromatherapy, deep tissue, myofascial massage, reflexology, silicon cupping, specific muscle therapy, sport massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy.
I offer customized massage treatments. Through two decades of experience with hands on therapy, I've learned that each individual has unique therapeutic needs based on muscle memory, current activities as well as internal and external stressors.
